- Scheduling and publishing posts to your Google Business Profile
- Managing your Google Business Profile posting schedule
3. Account Registration and Authorization
3.1 Authorization
To use our Services, you must authorize Growth Hive to access your Google Business Profile through Google’s OAuth 2.0 authentication. By authorizing access, you:
- Confirm you have the authority to grant such access
- Agree to allow us to post content on your behalf
- Understand that you can revoke access at any time
3.2 Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring authorized use of your Google Business Profile
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Use of Services
4.1 Acceptable Use
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:
- Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Post content that violates Google’s policies or guidelines
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

- We may create content suggestions for your review

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee specific results from using our Services.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GROWTH HIVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

- Damages resulting from Google’s actions or policy changes
Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Growth Hive and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Content posted to your Google Business Profile through our Services
10. Termination

You may terminate your use of our Services at any time by:
- Revoking Google authorization
- Contacting us to close your account
10.2 Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services:
- For violation of these Terms
- For non-payment of fees
- At our discretion with reasonable notice
10.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Services ceases immediately
- We will delete your data within 30 days
- Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:
